Change of Country Energy's LPG Supplier
Following the transfer of the operational part of Country Energy’s LPG retail business Origin has been supplying you LPG under the Country Energy brand.
Following a review of the transitional arrangements we have decided to transfer the Country Entergy LPG customer service to the dedicated LPG customer service teams at Origin.
Who do I call for LPG orders or supply?
Please contact the dedicated Origin LPG team 1300 765 583 for your ongoing LPG supply. When speaking to the team, they will recognise you and your history while taking ownership of any requirements you may have.
Who will supply my LPG?
Origin LPG is now your LPG supplier. In some cases an authorised Origin Agent or Dealer may deliver your gas depending on where you live.
Will there be changes to my LPG account?
- Your LPG will be billed separately on an Origin LPG bill which you will receive quickly with full transparency of each transaction.
- Your existing quarterly service charge will now come as an annual charge, we have deferred this for a few months and you will receive this in October
- LPG deliveries that occur before 30 June will be billed as normal and appear on your next Country Energy electricity bill.
