Community Participation
Origin values the importance of giving back to the local community.
Through our community support program and the Origin Foundation our employees have given back over 18,000 volunteer hours helping our charity partners since 2005.
We are also investing in the future through our schools program which has helped teach over 500,000 Aussie school kids about energy safety and efficiency.
In 2010 we also awarded 21 local apprentices with scholarships to help them develop careers in their home towns and take up trades important in the community.
