Life Support
In SA there is no life support concession offered by Retailers. This concession is handled by some of the medical centres who will actually read the customer's meter. Any queries regarding a concession should be directed to either your medical practitioner or to the hospital that has supplied the life support machinery.
Customers will be supplied with a life support notification form that must be completed and returned to us with a medical certificate attached.
The life support general enquiries contact telephone number is 13 12 61 and the faults and emergency contact number is 13 13 66.
