Direct Debit Request (DDR) online

We have made switching to Direct Debit even more convenient. You can now setup your Direct Debit Request (DDR) online. To arrange payment of your Country Energy accounts from your bank, building society or credit union online, simply follow the steps below:

1. Decide which payment option you prefer – you can choose to pay regular instalments, your total account or using Easy Pay. To find out more about Easy Pay click here.
2. Access the online Direct Debit Request form.
3. Register for the service and set up a username and password.
4. Log in using the username and password.
5. Register a bank account for automatic Direct Debits by Country Energy by completing the online Direct Debit Request (DDR) form.
