Terms and conditions:

2. NSW Permit LTPM/08/00074. ACT Permit TP 08/00377. SA Permit T08/425.
3. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
4. The competition is not open to Country Energy employees (full time, part time, casual, contractor or temporary employees employed at time of entry or draw).
5. Entry is automatic when you are on a Country Energy payment plan. If you are not already on a payment plan you have until 5:00pm AEST on 31 May, 2008 to apply and to be included into the prize draw. Applications can be made via telephone or in person at a Customer Contact Centre.
6. The promotion period is from 5th February 2008 until 5pm AEST 31 May 2008.
7. Only one entry per customer/household is permitted.
8. The prize is a $1000 credit applied to your energy account. The credit will expire at 11.00pm AEDT 31st May 2009.
9. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
10. The prize draw will be conducted by barrel draw on Tuesday, 17 June 2008, at Country Energy’s Kelso Corporate Office, Hampden Park Road at 2:30pm AEST. It will be conducted by the Response Campaign Manager, Mass Market, Country Energy.
11. The winners will be notified on Wednesday, 18 June, 2008 by phone and confirmation will be sent via Australia Post.
12. The winners’ names will be published on the Country Energy website on Monday, 23 June 2008, under www.countryenergy.com.au/competitions and in the Australian newspaper Saturday, 21 June.
13. The winner must continue to be a current County Energy customer to accept and take advantage of the prize until the credit is used or expires on 31 May 09.
