4. The competition is not open to Country Energy employees (full time, part time, casual, contractor or temporary employees employed at time of entry or draw) and their immediate families.
5. Entry is automatic when you become a CEinternet customer before 31 August 2008. Customers who have been with CEinternet prior to this current promotion and current customers as at 31 August 2008 will automatically be included in the draw.
6. The promotion period is from 1 May 2008 until 31 August 2008.
7. The prize is a York T203 Treadmill valued at $1799.00RRP incl GST and a York X560 Elliptical Cross trainer valued at $1899RRP incl GST and includes delivery to the winner’s nominated address within Australia. 8. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
9. The prize draw will be conducted by barrel draw at 12:00pm AEST on Wednesday, 3 September, 2008, at Country Energy’s Port Macquarie Corporate Office, Buller Street, Port Macquarie. It will be conducted by the Manager, CEinternet, Country Energy.
10. The winner will be notified by Monday, 8 September, 2008 by phone and confirmation will be sent via Australia Post.
11. The winners’ names will be published on the Country Energy website on Monday, 8 September 2008, under www.countryenergy.com.au/competitions and in the Australian newspaper Saturday, 13 September.
12. Should the winner be unable to accept the prize, a second chance draw will be conducted on Wednesday, 3 December 2008 at Country Energy’s Port Macquarie Corporate Office, Buller Street, Port Macquarie by the Manager of CEinternet at Country Energy. The winner will be notified by Monday, 8 December, 2008 by phone and confirmation will be sent via Australia Post.
