Country Support is about helping our customers in times of hardship, with long-term payment solutions - not just short-term fixes.
Providing a helping hand
We know that great customer service means helping you through the tough times as well as the good. When times get tough, the last thing you want to worry about is how to keep essential services like gas and electricity running.
Through the program we can provide support during times of drought, unemployment, family changes or during any circumstances when hardship affects you and your family.
Through Country Support we can work with customers to tailor solutions to their individual needs. Developing a solution will be a mutual process between you and Country Energy and will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
