Water sourced from the Menindee Lakes Scheme, on the Darling River and pumped over 120 kilometres of pipeline to Broken Hill.
- Three additional water sources managed by Country Water include Stephen's Creek (19,000ML capacity), Umberumberka (8,000ML capacity) and Imperial Lake (emergency water supply with 600ML capacity).
