Secure Web Forms system delayed
As you would be aware, Country Energy is in the process of upgrading our Contractor Management computer system.
An integral part of this computer upgrade is to implement a web based system for you to lodge your various forms (including CCEW, NOSW, ROSW). This new system is called Secure Web Forms (SWF) and it will replace the 1800 fax number which you currently use to send these forms. In addition, this computer upgrade will enable Country Energy to maintain accurate records of all EC and ASP information.
Country Energy is now in the stage of testing the new Secure Web Forms system. During the initial testing stage, a number of opportunities for improvement were discovered and changes to the system were implemented. This has caused some minor delays in the go-live process as the system is now being re-tested to confirm that all improvements have been made. These improvements will ultimately benefit you, the end user, by ensuring an easy to use, finely tuned system.
Following the successful completion of this final testing stage, the go-live process can begin and Country Energy will supply you with your username and password and a User Guide for the new system. Whilst, at this stage, we are unable to provide a definitive date for the launch of the system, it is envisaged that more information will be provided in the new year.

Forms should be completed and returned either by email to contractor.management@countryenergy.com.au or you can post them to: Attention: Jennifer Ferguson, Country Energy, PO Box 718, Queanbeyan NSW 2620. If we do not obtain this information from you, we may be unable to supply you with a username, password or User Guide to access new system.
