Country Energy's EasyPay payment plan is the smart way to manage your energy account because it puts you in control.
EasyPay allows you to pay your energy account regularly, in even instalments, directly from your bank account or have automatic deductions transferred from your Centrelink benefits. To make it easy to calculate your instalment amount, Country Energy will determine your instalment amount with you over the phone.
Once we have calculated your instalment, you can sit back and relax as Country Energy will debit your bank account from the day you nominate.
Some of the other benefits of choosing EasyPay as your bill payment method include:- You will save time as there is no need to stand in line to pay your account
- You can choose to make weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments
- New customers that select EasyPay as their payment method do not need to pay a security deposit
- Existing customers who switch over to EasyPay shall have any existing security deposit credited to their energy account
As an EasyPay customer, you will still receive an account from Country Energy which will show your energy consumption and the payments made over the account period.
To ensure you are not underpaying or overpaying, Country Energy will review your account from time-to-time to ensure you are paying the right amount to cover your energy usage.
