A range of accredited options
countrygreen® products are accredited by the National GreenPower Accreditation Program and carry several levels of accreditation, as shown below.

Accreditation is associated with each product, and is granted once an application has been submitted to the National GreenPower Steering Committee.
For accreditation to be granted, behind the scenes Country Energy must:- Ensure that the generator of electricity is approved as a GreenPower generator by the Department of Water and Energy.
- Purchase the required amount of renewable electricity from the GreenPower approved generator.
- Purchase GreenPower rights to cover the accredited portion of the electricity bought from the generator.
- Submit a report to the Department of Water and Energy for independent verification and auditing purposes to ensure Country Energy complies with the GreenPower Accreditation Program.
Combined, these four items result in different levels of accreditation.
